Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 1.4-ounce packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped water chestnuts, sliced scallions, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Add the cooked and thoroughly drained spinach to the mixture. Use a spoon or spatula to break up any clumps and distribute the spinach evenly throughout the dip.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread chunks for dipping.
