6boneless pork chops
2tablespoonsolive oil
4medium potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
1packet French onion soup mix
1can cream of onion soup
1/4cupmilk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season both sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
